In the past twenty years, Beth has studied with top artists in their field. Although Daniel Green and Sam Savitt were influential, it was the renowned sporting artist, Robert K. Abbett who was her muse over many years. As a result, Beth has been known for her impressionistic oil paintings of horses and dogs, commission work, genre paintings, and sporting art; particularly in Charleston, South Carolina where she has had seven one woman shows. In addition, she also exhibited in the invitational Southeastern Wildlife Exposition for years.
Her paintings have been coveted by collectors around the country and world-wide. Along with multiple national and international magazine and book covers, a few of her paintings are in permanent museum collections as well.
Recently, after a lifetime of riding her horses and hiking with her dogs, she is devoting more of her painting time to what she loves the most, the dwindling northeastern landscape.
